Q: How do I place an online order?
A: Visit our website at shop.cookiescannabis.ca! Or you can shop via our app!
Q: You have an app?
A: Yes! iOS users can download the app from the app store.
Q: Can I only order when the store is open?
A: You can place an order at any time, but please keep in mind that discounts are only applicable on the day of ordering. If you place an after-hours order, only the discounts valid on the day of pickup will be applied to your order.
Q: Is my data safe?
A: Yes! We will never share or sell your data to another party.
Q: Will you still have everything in my order by the time I come to pick it up?
A: When you add a product to your cart, our system automatically reserves it for you. Once your order is received, it will be pulled and packed.
Q: Why can’t I just build my cart online then bring my phone to the store to shop?
A: When items are added to your cart, they become reserved for you. Once reserved, items cannot be purchased in-store. We are not able to override reserves, so the best way to guarantee that those items will be available to you upon arrival is to place your order!
Q: What if I place an order and can’t come to pick it up?
A: Orders will be held until the store closes. If you cannot come in before the store closes, you will need to place a new order.
Q: How do I know I’m getting the best deal?
A: The best discount will automatically apply to your order!
Q: What if I want to pay cash?
A: Cash is always accepted at the time of pick up, as well as debit where applicable.
Q: Can I prepay for my online order?
A: You can pay online by selecting Aeropay as your payment method at checkout. You’ll be directed to your Aeropay account for payment details. There are no fees with Aeropay, and you won’t be charged until you pick up your order.
